COURSE OVERVIEW

This course has been designed for those wishing to gain the skills and knowledge required to enter the Hospitality and Tourism sector as a front desk administration or receptionist position.

This training will allow the participants to build the confidence and knowledge to undertake tasks such as:

  • Communicating electronically and gaining effective communication skills
  • Source, obtain and present information including local visitor information
  • Using business technology
  • Provide responsible service of alcohol

COURSE DELIVERY

This course is delivered over 9 sessions. Mixed mode delivery which can includes practical and theory.

STUDENT FEE

This course is subsidised by the NSW Government for eligible students

Assessments are made against units of competency from the Certificate II in Hospitality SIT20316.
