CHC22015 - Certificate II in Community Services

CHC22015 Certificate II in Community Services is a nationally recognised qualification.

One of the fastest-growing industry sectors in NSW, is aged-care and disability, which is tipped to grow yet further with the NDIS and other sector reforms underway at present.

Our program is specifically designed to help prepare for employment whether in a carerelated role . Topics covered include:

• Acting as a first point of contact
• Learning how to communicate and work in the health or community services
• Work with diverse people, including people with disabilities
• Participating in workplace health and safety
• Organise and completing daily work activities


This course is subsidised by the NSW Government for eligible students. Concessions and eligibility criteria applies.

Assessments are made against units of competency from the Certificate II in Community Services CHC22015.

  • Interact effectively with others at work (FSKOCM07)
