COURSE OVERVIEW

The BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration is designed for students who wish to persue a career within an administration or reception role across a variety of industries.

Individuals wishing to re-enter the work force, up skill or who desire a career change into the world of business administration will benefit from this training.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY NETWORKING

The training allows the participant to develop administration skills across the microsoft office package and learn to deal with customers and customer complaints.

Training is delivered by an industry expert in a small and supportive group environment with extensive practical training.

COURSE DELIVERY

This course is delivered over 30 sessions, 2 days per week. Mixed mode delivery which includes, classroom and self-paced learning.

Riverina Community College offers Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and recognises units achieved through other RTO’s via the Credit Transfer process.

STUDENT FEE

This course is subsidised by the NSW Government for eligible students.
