COURSE OVERVIEW

This course has been designed as an introduction into the vibrant and growing café scene, where job opportunities abound. This training can open up a plethora of roles including kitchen hand and café food and beverage assistant.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY NETWORKING

This hands on training is delivered in a functioning kitchen. This training involves both theory and practical components and is flexibly delivered.

This course allows the learner the opportunity to network with other trainees and industry throughout the learning experience, whilst gaining valuable practical skills which they can take into the workplace.

COURSE DELIVERY

This course is delivered over 8 sessions. Mixed mode delivery which can include practical and theory components.

STUDENT FEE

This training is subsidised by the NSW Government. Concessions and eligibility criteria applies.
