COURSE OVERVIEW

If you have a desire to work within any customer service environment then this course is for you.

This course will give you the skill to deliver exceptional customer service to customers from diverse backgrounds as well as giving key skills for front of house operation such as telephone techniques, emailing etiquette and usage and key skills to be able to solve customer issues.

These skills will be delivered so that they can be utilised in any industry.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE AND INDUSTRY NETWORKING

Training is offered in a small class size with face to face practical based training delivered by industry experts.

COURSE DELIVERY

Mixed mode delivery which includes face to face classroom training and self-paced learning.

Units from BSB20115 Certificate II in Business
These accredited units are Nationally Recognised.

  • Telephone etiquette
  • Electronic communication
  • Greeting and resolving customer issues
