COURSE OVERVIEW

This course will give participants the skills and knowledge required to use personal hygiene practices within a hospitality work environment that might cause food borne illnesses.

This unit is needed to work within an organisation with a permanent or temporary kitchen premises or food preparation areas.

This certificate is used for anyone who handles food or food surfaces during their work as an entry level worker.

To successfully gain a statement of attainment for SITXFSA001 Use hygenic practices for food safety, students MUST attend all 3 sessions.

COURSE DELIVERY

This course is delivered over 3 sessions.

Time: 9:00am to 3:30pm

On successful completion of this course, a Statement of Attainment for the following units will be issued:
