COURSE OVERVIEW

Looking for work in a food business? Or currently employed within a food business? Then you will need food hygiene training!

This training will teach you the skills and legislative requirements for safe food handling. The skills gained in this course will help you to minimise the chances of food contamination and food poisoning, ensuring your customers are protected.

These accredited units are Nationally Recognised.

PATHWAYS

On completion of this short course, you may be able to undertake:

  • SIT20316 – Certificate II in Hospitality
  • SIT30616 – Certificate III in Hospitality
