Learn the key skills to work as a hospitality front of house staff member.

In this course, you will gain skills in accredited barista skills, customer service and financial point of sale systems.

COURSE DELIVERY

This course is delivered over 15 sessions for 4 weeks. Mixed mode delivery which includes classroom and self-paced learning.

On successful completion of this short course, a Statement of Attainment for the following units will be issued:

  • SITXFIN001 Process financial transactions
