COURSE OVERVIEW

Are you currently working in the beauty industry or looking to upskill?

A statement of attainment in SHBBSKS001-Pierce ears, is the perfect way to grow your an exsisting beauty business or personal skill set.

In this course students will learn:

• Client consultation and the procedure for performing an ear-piercing service.
• How to prepare for an ear-piercing service according to health and hygiene regulations and your workplace policies and procedures.
• All about how infection can occur, post treatment and advesre effects of ear piercing.
• The products and tools you will need for an ear-piercing service.
• Contraindications to an ear-piercing service and more.

This course includes accredited units from SHB30115 Certificate III in Beauty Services.

DURATION

This course will be delivered over 3 sessions – Monday & Thursdays starting 20th June 2022.

9:00am – 3:30pm

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

All students undertake a Language Literacy and Numeracy evaluation prior to enrolling with our LLN Robot assessment tool.

Concessions & eligibility criteria apply. This training is subsidised by the NSW Government. Limited places are available.

Student fee for ineligible students will be discussed prior to course enrolment.

UNITS OF COMPETENCY

On successful completion of this course, a Statement of Attainment for the following units will be issued:

ACCREDITED UNITS

SHBBSKS001 Pierce ears

Units from SHB30115 Certificate III in Beauty Services.
These accredited units are Nationally Recognised.

CREDIT TRASNFER OR RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING

If you believe you have already undertaken any of this training, or have the current skills, please talk to your Trainer or Training Coordinator prior to course commencement. Credit transfer can only be applied by sighting organismal transcript of studies.
