COURSE OVERVIEW

This short source will teach students skills to communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external clients and customers of a business, communicate using electronic communication and learn how to use appropriate business technologies for workplace tasks.

Students will be engaged and ready to approach the workforce as this course also includes a work ready training program.

This program includes Resumes and Employment document training.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE AND INDUSTRY NETWORKING

Training is offered in a small class size with face to face practical based training deliveredby industry experts.

COURSE DELIVERY

This course is delivered over 12 sessions for 12 weeks. Mixed mode delivery which includes classroom and self-paced learning.
