Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. It is recommended that individuals have relevant work experience in a team leader or management role, or hold a Certificate III or IV in a related area.
All students are required to complete a pre-training questionnaire followed by a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment, and achieve an appropriate LLN level for the course. This helps ensure students are ready for the coursework and can receive the necessary support during their studies.
