Aussie Farmers

As part of the ongoing RCC commitment to rural areas within the Riverina together with Aussie Farmers direct we were able to deliver a program to isolated rural women.

The program was delivered in three location, The Rock, Coolamon and Junee. The aussie farmers program was designed to empower The free program included sessions:

• The role of rural banking, succession planning, profit and loss statements.
• Wellbeing with Wagga Wagga Women’s health
• Mindfulness, building self-esteem and unlocking your creativity
• Basic computer training
• How to be social media savvy
• Gentle yoga, meditation and "putting yourself first"
• First Aid training
• Special presentation by "Wagga Wagga & Region suicide Prevention Network"
