COURSE OVERVIEW

This course is perfect for those who want to gain employment in an office or a business environment. It teaches you the key office day to day skills including keyboarding, Microsoft office products including word and excel as well as providing exceptional customer service and how to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

This course is suitable for people who are wanting a change in industry and wanting to gain an entry level role or to gain vocational qualifications in your current work industry.

Gaining this qualification will prepare you for work in the following types of roles: General Clerk , Customer Service officer, Project Administration and Receptionist.

COURSE DELIVERY

This course is delivered via facilitated online learning.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Students are encouraged to have access to their own computer equipment, Microsoft office suite and internet connection as part of the course to assist in completing assessment and practical based activities throughout the course.

All students are required to complete an industry specific language literacy and numeracy assessment prior to enrolment.

Students may be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check or Working with Children’s Check for work placement and this will be at the cost of the student.

This course is subsidised by the NSW Government for eligible students.

National Criminal History Check $49.90 (dependent upon work placement host) - Payable by student
