COURSE OVERVIEW

Do you have sound knowledge of general office procedures, but would like to gain an edge when looking for the perfect position?

This course is perfect for those who want to gain employment in an office or a business environment. It teaches you the key office day to day skills including keyboarding, Microsoft office products including word and excel as well as providing exceptional customer service and how to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

This course is suitable for people who are wanting a change in industry and wanting to gain an entry level role or to gain vocational qualifications in your current work industry.

Gaining this qualification will prepare you for work in the following types of roles: General Clerk , Customer Service officer, Project Administration and Receptionist.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY NETWORKING

Training is offered in a small class size with face to face practical based training delivered by industry experts. The course will include a requirement to undertake work placement.

COURSE DELIVERY

This course is delivered over 50 sessions for 25 weeks. Mixed mode delivery which includes classroom, self-paced learning and industry work placement.

STUDENT FEE

This course is subsidised by the NSW Government for eligible students.

  • Student contributions are applicable and range from $1320 to $1580 – payment plans available.
  • Concession contribution to eligible students $240
  • Exemptions apply
