COURSE OVERVIEW

This course has been designed to give participants the required skills and knowledge to enter the vibrant and growing Hospitality Industry.

After successful completion of this course job opportunities can be found in the café, bar & restaurant sectors. This training can open up a plethora of roles, including kitchen hand, food and beverage attendant and much more!

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY NETWORKING

Delivered in a functioning kitchen. This training involves both theory and practical components and is flexibly delivered.

This course allows the learner the opportunity to network with other trainees and industry throughout the learning experience, whilst gaining valuable practical skills which they can take into the workplace.

COURSE DELIVERY

This course is delivered over 30 sessions for 15 weeks. Mixed mode delivery which can include classroom, workshops, and compulsory 36 shift work placement.

STUDENT FEE

This course is subsidised by the NSW Government for eligible students.

  • Student contributions are applicable and range from $1,450 to $1,750
  • Concession contribution to eligble students $240
  • Exemptions apply

Full course cost: $6,220
