If you wish to make a complaint about disability services that you are receiving, please contact the appropriate complaints line listed below:

Contact the hotline to report cases of physical, sexual, psychological , legal and civic abuse, restraint and restrictive practices, or financial abuse.

Providing a free and independent advocacy and information to anyone with a disability, of any age to ensure equality of rights and increased integration into the community.
